Looking into the appointment book this morning, I just realised that the clinic sessions were fully booked for the next 3 weeks.
On one hand, I am pleased that the clinic is popular and that our service is in demand. On the other hand, both new or repeat patients are going to stuggle to get appointments they need.
The clinic will open for an extra hour from next week to ease the 'congestion'!
